"I have worked for Tender Care Learning Centers in Hampton for almost eight years. My time here has flown by watching the infants grow into preschoolers. I have watched them take their first step, comforted them when they were sad, and listened to their first words. I hope my babies know that I have loved them and hope that I have touched their hearts in some way, as they have most definitely touched mine!"

I've been working at Shadyside for almost a year. It is the kind of environment where you can develop and make a difference. Through countless opportunities for continuing education, I have been able to learn and grow more in my journey as an educator. Our director and assistant director are genuine, supportive, and extremely knowledgeable, and that energy is felt throughout the school. We are a diverse group of teachers who are dedicated and passionate about the care that we provide. We love what we do, and it is evident in the strong relationships we build with the families that walk through our doors.

My three years here at Tender Care Learning Center have been the best three years, I could have ever asked for right after graduating with my degree. It has been so rewarding and exciting to work with such a wonderful group of woman. Each and every day, I head to not just a job but my second home. These ladies strive each and every day to provide love, care, but most importantly knowledge into each child in their care. The families that we serve become extended family to each of us. I have gained a plethora of skills, knowledge, but I have gained a family. My coworkers, director, and assistant director inspire me to be the best early educator and advocate for young children because they are the epitome of excellence for Early Educators.
